ECS/False claiming of bill and no response

Sir,

Sub: 1) Unknown Number and Person claiming through my account number and name

2) Previous ECS problems from Airtel - Please read

Existing Mob#: 9980571520

I am receiving statements from CItibank as ECS bounce. When I contacted airtel bangalore on 121 they are asking me all unwanted details and no one is stepping forward to solve the issue

The ECS details

INDIAIDEAS.COM PVT limited and the amount is Rs150.88.

The latest is on 10th October

Atleast, Airtel people are not able to provide the SIM number from which the person is claiming ECS.

This is happening from past 3 months and my complaints in Airtel (121) are closed with out any reason.

Previous problems:

ECS issue (for the above mentioned number): An airtel repesentative came with Corporate offer along with ECS bill payment. The ECS form and procedure at Airtel is not compatible with Citibank (or any bank) and I received ECS bounce for the first month itself. Then I changed to manual mode by paying Rs500/-

Customer Care 121: This is almost an useless section at Airtel. When we call to 121, the executive are in no mood to understand the problem. They just give a reference number and do not follow up.

Can anyone help me on this issue!!!
