To whom so ever it may be concerned

The BMP workers who clean the roads have paid a deaf hear to my request. They clean the road and leave the garbage outside our house. They have been picking the garbage and filling their dust bins from other parts of the road, however when they have to clean near our house they always say that their bins are full and will pick the garbage later. But that later never comes. They either leave the garbage as it is or they put fire to the gathered leaves from the road. I have complained this to them several times but they have not done anything about it. Putting fire is not the option they have. It has many harmful effects. We have a kid at home and the smoke from the fire suffocates her. Moreover there are cables going underneath which also can catch fire. This however is not understood by the workers.

I request you to kindly explain this to your team and help us from the dirt.
