I am not satisfied with your service and failed to keepup the promise

I have placed an order for subscription of Bangalore Mirror for a period of 12 months

from 08/01 to 07/01 and paid Rs149/-, (cash) ON 31/12 as agreed by the News paper.

I got the receipt for the same. Order No; BAA 46277. The Paper was delivered from 08/01 to 31/07. The Newspaper was stopped from delivery from 01/08.

I have contacted the subsriber s helpline 080-25580558 several times but there was no response. I have also contacted one Prakash who has collected the subsription amount on his mobile no, 9901033194 but there was no progress.

In this circumstances, I have got no other option except to lodge a complaint.
