Unjustified deduction

Dear Sir,

I am having bank acct. with ICICI bank no. 024701506269, and also availed others products also, But it is quite surprising to note there is unjustified deduction been made on my Bank acct. and there is no satisfactory response from customercare ICICI bank counter, and stated that there is no option to register a complaint. Pls. Help
