HEllo, My self Avani Patel. Having saving account in BOB.having account in BOB since last 2 year.had applied for net banking in bank.some how bank process is very slow its take 10 months to creat one bank account.and in activation of that account also having some problem.now i m requesting form bottom level (Branch Manager) of company's higher level (cm, bob customer service manager, abad branch manager) person to help me solve my problem and give net banking.but very unhappy they way got reply from all of them.no one cares wht happen to their customer.even whn complain thm bitterly they replyied why u open account in BOB.close it.its very rediculas Example of treating Customer in BOB.
