Non delivery of items till date

I deposited Rs.2949/- via First Flight courier, Srinagar, Garhwal, Uttarakhand on 23.10.2008 for purchage of above items (Order No. 700566448). I am sorry to state that I have not received any consignment till date. I have already filed complaint telephonically on the ph. no. 0120444918 (complaint no.643542)

It is requested to you to send the items immediately at my address otherwise I shall be constrained to report the matter to the Consumern court.
