We had approached the Bank for transfer of our home loan from ICICI to BOB in September and till date we have not recd the disbursement. Last week we were given a list of reqruiments and told that this is the last requirement. Today when we went to Bank with the required documents we saw that the person dealing with our case has changed. The new person now wanted to study the entire loan documents and on going through the documents he said the amount sanctioned by the legal dept of the Bank is not valid and they have missed certain things for which he has full right to challenge the legal dept of the Bank and he will do so i.e. re-open the sanctioned amount. Also the Sr Manager of the Branch (Borivali (W)) (Mr. Chandorkar) says THE BANK HAS NOT INVITED US FOR LOAN AND BANK DOES NOT NEED US (CUSTOMERS) HENCE IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY, LEAVE OUT OF BANK. This is ridiculous on part of Sr MAnager (such high level personnel of the Bank) who had no manner whatsoever to talk with customer.
