Address Updation

Dear Officer,

Myself and my wife are having seprate accounts with bank of baroda since Feb. My communication address has been changed which i have updated with bank of baroda, I want to update the same in my wife account. I am having my passbook with updated address as a address proof. Bank Of Baroda officer are telling that my passbook with new address is not a valid document for address change in my wife account. During Account opening of my wife i have given passport copy, my bank statement and marriage certificate copy. but now they are telling that is not a valid document as per their kyc norms.

Please help in the same that will my passbook copy is a valid document for proof of address change in my wife's account? Bank of Baroda Officials are not ready to listen in this matter.
