SIR,

this is rakesh, we have classic base phone in office that was

not working properly . with the refernce of reliance executive

i had visited bhubaneswar branch. There they had told it is

out of warranty. so we cant serve you. I move out but unfortunatly

it was heavy raining out side. I came back and sat in office were few chair was kept for customer. i took my sit and watch the television as it was on there. After 15 min branch head who was also sitting and watching tv sunddenly told in harsh way it is not lobbyThat you are watching television. he abused,

Sir i want neccssary action on branch haed. You can asked executive who were there.
