ID and passward not Received

I have applied on perscirbed for for net banking password and ID on 11 Oct-09 at bank of baroda Dhakka branch against my saving a/c no 21310100014303 but till today i havn't received my II and password on enquiring from the branch they told me that i will received it through courier.

i also confirmed that my address given is correct and it is never locked. I also try to mail at the bank's site but i could not find any column for complaint at their website finally it was found that they are not willing to look ointo the matter. So it is my humble request to look into this matter as early as possible
