We have purchased anew cell phone "NOKIA" model 5800 ESN N0 357988035447189 during the month of October and it was handed over to M/S VEETEE COMMUNICATIONS SARDAR PATEL ROAD ADYAR ON 31.10.2009 for the reason being Cellular access No service for service warranty since new instrument. The job sheet No is 854465550/091031/15.Till today the firms have not returned the Mobile even after 15 days. They informed us that the insrument has been sent to Delhi for servicing since not servicable at Chennai. We have also communicated this to you through complaint dt 12.11.2009 but no reply has been received from your end. This shows the carelessness of your customer care. Please reply me the status of my Mobile.
