It is with absolute outrage that i find myself as a customer of a disgraceful & sardonic bank namely bank of baroda... i had lost my debit card almost 4 months from now...& i had issued for a new one within dayz of losing it... i recently got a confirmation (that too 4 months later) from d mumbai branch that the card had been delivered to my branch in asansol... when i called up my branch, whosoever picked up the call shouted at me saying that it could take even 6 bmonths for the card to be delivered from mumbai, & that they had far better things to do than to waste time in these petty matters & he rudely hung up the phone... i work in an international bank myself & have been taught the basic etticets of customer service but that banker in my branch simply murdered my understanding of the term"customer service".. i was shocked & stunned with this complacent behaviour & beg the concerned authorities to look into it seriously... i hate to admit it but my experience of Bank of baroda in asansol branch has been nothing short of a disgrace...
