In Chengalpattu Head Post office (603001), Tamilnadu if we pay through the local cheque to open a account, they took more than 10 days to clear the cheque and delivering the passbook after 15 days only. But in the other banks they took only three days. Why such a delay in chengalpattu head postoffice. Customers are upset due to this delay because they are not able to plan the date of oppening the account and they have to visit everyday to confirm the opening the account and to get the passbook.
