Faulty Locke

We are having joint S/B a/c & the Bank has alloted a locker against FD of Rs. 5000/-

The locker is not opening with the key given & other key available with the bank. We have given the written complaint to repair the locked in May'06, however the locker is still not repaired & annual rent is being recovered regularly.

Now the bank is ready to allot other locker but want us to fill other form with Rs. 100/- stamping, which is to be paid by us.

The stamping is not available in same branch, station road branch & SBI stn rd Bharuch.

Why should we suffer like this? We must get our locker charges back. Bank is refusing to credit the charges saying the key is with us. Why the bank has given us the key if locker is faulty?
