Applying trial and error method for my mobile

Dear Sir/Mam

Hi I am Santosh. I had given my mobile for servicing in

Clarity Cells- Rajaji Nagar

Job sheet id- 080904/30

date of first submission: 02/09/08

For the first time when my mobile was not working properly they told to leave it for the day we will let u know estimation charges.they told we need to update software. Even after updateing when i inserted my twicely formated memory stick my mobile was geting restart.

I asked this thing to the concerned person in that center. They took it once again for rework. and told me come after 5 days it was on friday.

This time i thought there might be problem with my memory stick so brought new once went along with it. Even after that the same problem is occuring. But this time he was telling we need check for IC, we will tell the estimation charges.

If this is the real problem then why dont they directly tell what is the problem why do they apply the trial and error method.

The most worst thing is they say nokia care center but they dont know what is the meaning of it. there is no proper technical person to handle these kind of situation. If i ask for any senior person they show some person and say he is the senior in the center. I asked the Ph No of Nokia Service Engineer, he directly rejected saying i cant give.
