I am a employee of a private institution. I have purchased a house around 2 months back of which I have to pay rs 10 lakhs (which I had borrowed at that time from the market). Cost of my house is around 17 lakhs from old circle rate, which has increased by 20% now. I had approached to my salaried account bank in august (Bank of borada clock tower ghaziabad) but they denied to give loan on the following ground
1) map should be GDA approved
2) property should not be purchased in part.
now my points after discuission with advocate are-
1) whole property is of 1 crore which I could not afford to purchase
2) the property is before the existence of GDA, which came in existance in 1966-67. it was the duty of GDA to approve the maps therefore GDA has assumed it as authorised
3) land below 100 Ghaz does not required map approved by GDA.
My appeal is if a genuine case of home loan/LAP is thereand I can not fullfill the demand of the bank managers then Would I not get a loan for my house even on the guantee of my employer. if it is so the why you people advertise get home loan in 7 days.
