Dear Ma'm/ Sir,
Am a Bank Of India customer, holding my salary account at Ramdas Nayak Marg Branch.
I have been trying to login to the website of my bank in order to make some urgent online transactions and purchases (Online Exam Registrations) since last 4 days.
However, unable to do so till date due to poor website loading speed.
From customer care nos. got to know the website is under updation/ repair. But there's no such information/ alert window on the web page/ windows of the bank site. Site home page window photo attached herewith.
The website security services have also went poor as virtual keyboard is partially functional.
After every login, due to poor site performance, link is getting broken with error messages as "Application Setup Error". Website is also not giving any assurance of secure loging-out.
Moreover, after several attempt got to file an online complaint (Ref No. 318387). There also the options are not user friendly.
Such a problem is not new and have also observed the Bank's ATM transactions stops functioning during or before festive days. Recent was a day before Raksha-bandhan.
Request you kindly to look into matter, and send guidelines to the Bank for better online services and customer support services.
