Non receipt amount of money back policy

Sir,

I am a postal life insurance money back policy holder for an amount of Rs. 100000/-, the policy no. is GJ-AEA-280763-CC and commneced on 11.04. with a term of 15 years.

As per the norms I am entitled for money back on the following dates :

1. 11.04.2006

2. 11.04.2009

3. 11.04.2012

4. 11.04.2015

I have received the amount due to me for the maturity date of 11.04. but even after a lapse of more than 04 months I have yet to recieve the amount due to me or any communication in this regard.

Hope my complaint will be looked after and will be replied positevely.
