Please go through my conversation with Bank I had done regarding my payment back, but I am not getting any reply from their side regarding Refund Statues.
So please help me in order to solve this problem.

I am sending you this third mail regarding Refund status in my account. I have an account in your branch and also owns a Master Debit Card having. Please go through the mail send to me by IRCTC regarding Refund amount in my account, But till date I dont receive any amount in my account. So please let me know where the Problem is and what I have to do now.

Please look at the mail given below by the IRCTC regarding the Refund status of the cancelled ticket from my account at the BOI Malviya NagarBranch from my BOI Master Debit Card. Till date no amount has been refunded in my account so please lool into this matter seriously and let me know what is happening? Otherwise Next Time I have to close this account and have to choose for another bank because I am total fed up with this type of services
