My details are

1.Name- Maninder Singh Nanda

2.Card No- 5624 9505 1803 0305

3. account with branch - Jangli maharaj Rd -Pune

4. A/c No- 2551 (last 4 digits)

Problems faced

1.13th April- Evng arnd 8pm - ATM withdrawal at Gurgaon 1000/ amt not

dispensed. Had no one there to report. The ATM was of Allahabad bank.

2.Another transaction of Rs 2995/ ATM CARD SWIPED, the seller didnt

get credit, hence it was swiped again and this time it got credited,

howver, I got the sms of debits, of Rs 2995, twice., hence Rs 2995

extra debited.

3.1st May - Rs 6200, swiped at dass electronics, but debit slip

not generated, swiped again and again debit slip not generated, ad

messgae came - disconnected. However, i got the sms fmr your bank of

Rs ^200 getting debited frm my accoutn on both occaions. so Total un

necessary debit - Rs 18600/

Total amt that has been debited wrongly is Rs 1000 2995 18600 = Rs.23595.00.

Matter was reported and complaint registered at bank Of india on 2nd May itself and till date no response or remmittance has happened.
