Purchased a Single Cot on 16th Aug 09 from Bantia, Sikh Road. Made Full Payment on the spot. Order No. 9002. Supposed to deliver by 17th evening. They called us that it's getting delivered on 18th morning, then it didn't get delivered. Again, we called up. Then they committed to deliver by 18th evening. Again they failed. Everytime, they say, it's being loaded.
On 19th morning, at 11 AM they again called me up and said, it's being dispatched. Will reach my home, anytime. Till 2 PM, it did not reach me. On Phone caught hold of their Delivery Manager, Ramesh. He said, they do not have any stock. It has not been dispatched. They have ordered for a new one. Once, they get it, then they will deliver. Did not say, WHEN? He simply cut the phone line.
Now, all their lines goes into unanswered mode.
I feel, this is a Shop with Unprofessional People. Cheap Businessmen. They may provide goods, may not, good quality or bad. Fully dependent on the Company. Customer is not their concern. Just make Sales at any cost.
Need Consumer Forum help to get me, either my Product or the money. And make a strong case on Bantia and other similar flimsy Businessmen/Companies that they should not take Customers on the ride. Can someone get me the contact of the owner of this Business/ Company? I heard someone called Surendra Bantia. If this man has some self-respect, he should himself call me up. He can get my contact no. at my Order Details.. 9002.
