Late delivery

Dear sir/madam,

I have booked the cylinder on 20th jan and the it is not delivered on my home till today (30 jan). They makes the booking after the 30 days of each delivery and they takes the 15 or 20 days to supply it. We have two cylinder in ration card but they supply one cylinder only. for my family one cylinder is come for 20 days only. So it is not possible to use the one cylinder for 2 month or 45 days with a family.

so please take some action.
