Dear Sir

I applied for saving account in last week of April’08. I had submitted all essential documents. My account has opened and my login password received but my welcome kit is not yet received because banking person misprinted my address. I have requested to your banker many 30 times but they are not trying to deliver my kit even they tell lie. Your customer cares persons providing services are absolutely ridiculous.

Mr Anand team leader in Delhi (India) branch (Phone No. 91-011-60007888) handling my query and I am unable to understand who appointed this person. This person is a big question mark on your recruiting procedure. He tells lie and he is not responsible person. I am coordinating with this irresponsible person for last 15 days for my kit but did not received my kit

This is my heartiest request I do not want make relationship with this kind of banking so please returned my 1000 Rs

If you retuned my money I shall very thankful to you otherwise I will go to consumer court
