Inconvenience caused despite timely payment

Hi,

Below is the mail which i sent to your service department India but till now my problem is still their even after paying my credit card bill on time, which has been debited from my account. Even your customer care is not picking up the calls. You have not left me with no choice but to file a case against you in the Cosumer Court of India.

I will wait for your repaly till today evening, hope you will replay to my mail.

The cheque (Standard Chartered - Cheque No. 849912) for the month of Sep '08 was deposited on 17th OCt'08. The amount of 20, 400.00 got debited from my Standard Chartered Account on 21st Oct '08 and the same does not reflect in your systems. Despite my repeated calls to your customer care (which I must mention takes about half an hour to speak to a customer care exec), the only reason I have been given is " System Upgradation".

This is the first month of my using Barclyas Credit Card and the experience has been pathetic. I cannot use my card despite my timely payment. This is harrasing a customer. If this is the kind of service that Barclays is going to provide then I would rather get this card discountined.

Expecting a early reply (hopefully the reply should not be affected by " System Upgradation".
