Charging Unncessary charges

I applied for Cancellation of my credit card two months back, but they are not cancelling, saying unncessary reasons..

i canced ECS facility from that bank on Jan8, but still they are charging me

if i call the customer care, they simply give the reference number, we wil get back widin one week

if i call after one week, they will give one more reference number

here one more fun

i dont know why there are Chared for ECS, i dont have any loan from them,

its worst to cal customer care of barclays... realy i frustated by calling them.. No solutions. only we lost our Phone bill..

please take an action
