Harrasment by company

Hello

i read on the internet about barclay priority circle charges being reflected in credit card of statement of many card holders without their permission. same has happened with me, the charges has reflected into my statement for which i never gave the approval. has anybody files a case in court? how do i cancel the charges? has anybody successfully done it? please share how to so many others like me can cancel it
