Persional loan/ too much rate of intrests and amonut

Hi

i have taken pl from BB bank and my self agreed to 14% rate of redusing intrest and 500 Rs psocessing fee no other hidden chrges but they have taken arround 9000Rs processing fee & they imposed 16% rate of intrest please solve my probs
