Complaint Query:
I am upset regarding this issues:
What is going on, the loan is already canceled but ECS process also going now, debited Rs.3854/- in my account which is date 05-06-08. I am feel bad regarding this, and i am facing lot of problems. Who is the responsible for this issues the bank make mistakes continuosly. Why? this is my difficult situation, Plz refund (deposit) the amount in my account which is debited and also stop the ecs process as soon as possible, if an cheque bounces in my account the concern team only responsible. I am getting reply regularly regarding this but no one take proper action atleast hereafter Plz take steps about this issue and help us to solve my problem immediately
