Non receipt of statements, delay in getting draft of loan

Dear sir,

i wish to lodge a complaint, about the said bank.firstly they have stopped dispatches of statements. secondly, the collection box of skypack financial services throught which they collect payments, are not, good enough. it took me a while to locate the collection box. and its hanging by just a wire..any person can take away the whole box (BEST COLONY, GOREGAON (W) MUMBAI- INDIA).

thirdly, a loan amount against my credit card was promisied... i am still waiting... it was promised... in a weeks time... almost 15 days have gone by... is this customer service???

sorry... great bankers... dont work like this...
