I was approached by a representative of Barclays card at Life Style Shopping mall at Lower Prel Mumbai, on his request I applied for Barclays card.
I made a purcahse of Rs. 3180-00, but Barclays card didnt provided clear drop boxes addresses,
Customer care no.s given along with cards were not working.
so I missed the interest free time limit of 50 days; but, even after that when they made contact to me I paid 120 Rs. extra.
Now they are continuously irritating by sms's and recorded phone calls.
As per their advice I mailed an email to them.
Initially it was auto replied, but now it is getting bounced back probably they might have block my email address / or marked it as spam.
When their representatives call they listen the whole matter and then keep on hold and then disconnect without any reply.
It was a height when I received a recorded call on 9th July at 03:00 hrs in night, which disturbed me a lot.
They agree about their fault but never agree to wave undue penalties imposed.
