Dear Sir/Madam,
I am going in very bad face from last 1 year I am not in position to make your old outstanding, But every month I am borings money from my family member to make the payment, of minimum due of little more also in some of the time, now I am request you to give me Wave off for late fee, over limit fee, finance charges –Retail, Services tax, I am not in passion to make further payment, due to my personal financial problem, I am paying - chq no-015795, AXIS bank ltd, date -24/10, and requesting you to make my full and final settlement after deducting late fee, over limit fee, finance charges –Retail, Services tax, which have been charge in past so many month, I believe I already pay more that used amount till now with interest if its left out that I will pay, you after deduction of all charger which was charged to me time to time,
I am ready to pay balance amount after commutations & some of agreement with you into 12 equal installments with PDC cheque,
I hope that you will consider and give me wave off for late fee, over limit fee, finance charges –Retail, Services tax which has been charge in past.
