Sub: Misbehaviour with customer

Respected Sir,

I have been using the barclay card since last 18 months and we have finally settled this card and the final date to pay the complete instalment amount is 19th june and there is no fixed date to pay the instalment. In the letter its clearly mentioned that payment needs to be made in four instalments before 19th june. We gave a cheque for Rs 5250 for 19th may and we asked them to ask us before submitting the cheque and they assured that they won't submit the cheque its just to show to their boss. And then they submitted the cheque which was bounced and the executive from the no. 011-40756507 and 011-40756529 who was using very bad and abusive language and misbehaved with my dad as well and was using very unprofessional language. We asked them there is some financial problem and we will make payment on 1st of june. The executive started saying that if you don't have money why you are using the card. We will make the payment as soon as possible. But i'll be highly obliged if you can look into the matter. If this would be repeated we won't entertain any of your person. Your soon action will be highly appreciated.
