Hi Friends,

I am facing problems with the Barclays Card. I am using this card somewhere around June / July. Since then I haven't received any statement from Barclays Card. I used to make payments after confirming the balances with the phone banking. I am receiving statements from all other cards i am holding on the same address but not from Barclays cards. I have already lodged a complaint regarding the same in December but no action has been taken. Due to this there was a delay for making payment in December and they have charged me late payment fees and interest

I have taken a stand that unless i get the statement i am not going to make the payment. For this they sent me a statement for only January month in which only late payment fees and interest transactions are reflecting. I am continuously in touch with the customer service to send me the statements atleast thru e-mail. But no reply from them.

This is really a worst service they are providing.

There collection agents keep calling me and request me to make the payment since Feruary But nobody is bothered about my request for the sending me the statemensts. Everyday some new executive calls me up and i have to tell him all the history again n again. This is really a bit harassment.

Can someone please let me know wht legal action can a customer take against this harassment?
