Dear All,

This is to inform you all that as hold a gold credit card, once their Barclaycard Priority Circle Membership‏ team has called me for to explain the plan & they offered me for the plan. Actualy i dont required that membership but due to their lots of phone calls & pressures, said that, " It's ok call me tomorrow I will confirm you".

Then after a weeks they called me & said that its for confirmation & remind call for payment debit as i dont want that & due to that i replied him that i dont want this plan & cancell it but they told that its cant done now & also i will going to reverse the amount in any case & also if you dont pay this then you will face huge fine & negative marking in CIBIL.

After that i have registered a complaint against this after 2 weak & send a mail regarding this issue & they reqlied that mail after 2 months & said that we have policy that after 21 days no reversal of payment will be done which never ever explained by them & also no physical document given by them for our record & explaining plan details & also no mails.

Further, there numbers are always engaged & also the customer care persons were using very abusing words. Also what they promisses never listed in their statement.

Dear all please never ever go for Barclays cards.
