Harassement of the agents

Barcalys card have rowdies and goondas as collection agents and for no reason humiliated.

I personally had bad experience on the 21st Jan where two barclays bank collection agents harassed me personally using abusive language for their fault of inefficient payment s collection process which is almost non existent in chennai.

I require strong action against this bank
