I have credit card of Barclays Bank the details are as followed.

My Complaint: -
From past 3 months I have been receiving statements (Every Month) & SMS (Minimum 10 Everyday) stating that I have some outstanding balance with them. It all started with Rs. 230 now it has gone up to Rs. 1700, i don't know what calculations do they do.
To make it more ridiculous the CUSTOMER CARE NOS: - GIVEN BY THEM that are: -
0124-6752222 & 9990388937 both of them are not working from past 2 months now.
Dont know how to contact them & discuss this issue. I wrote a mail to them & to call me they have asked for 7days time. When they don't forget to send us the automated SMS daily without any fault why cant they make a call.
Is this not a failure in terms of service & failure of 1 day in making the payment Costs us Rs. 500 Taxes on the total amount, on which account should this delay from their end be calculated thats my main worry.
If anyone have got an answer to this please do inform me, as I would be more then obliged in knowing & understanding a simple notion which we have learned & have been using from several decades now i.e. CUSTOMER IS GOD.
If CUSTOMER IS GOD then why these kind of things needs to be done to the GOD. Is there any Rules & Regulations for the Bank or is it just the CUSTOMER who needs to suffer whether its his own fault or its the fault of the BANK {(in this case BARCLAY'S (Official Sponsors of BPL)}
If there is someone from BARCLAY'S READING TO THIS, YOU HOTLIST MY ACCOUNT OR PUT IT ON CIBIL DO ANYTHING BECAUSE I REALLY DONT CARE NOW. NEITHER AM I GOING TO MAKE THIS PAYMENT WHICH DOES NOT BELONG TO ME.
