Dear Sir/Madam,

This is Shashi P Singh has been using Barclays Credit card from last year. In the month of April08 totel outstanding was Inr 7700 and due date was 16 Apr. I dropped cheaque dated 09 Apr to barclays designated drop box at South ext Part one New delhi 110049.In the meantime they called and i confirmed the amount and cheaque no.again they called on 17 Apr and forced to make payment cash as they did not receive cheaque.on 18 Apr 08 I made cash payment of Inr 7700 and send request to my bank to stop payment.on 22 May Barclays sent cheaque for clearence.and bounce back due to insufficient fund. Due to this they charged Bounce back fee inr 300 and 300 last payment fee. As I droped cheaque on 09 Apr this this Barclays responsibility to collect it nad send for clearenece ASAP.I called customer care many times. After that assured me that they will reverse these cahrges and reflect on next statment. I have checked my total outstanding and charges Inr 600 are still showing.
