Hi,

I have a Barclays Gold Card, my colleague made a charge using my card on 4th June '08 for 3593 and duly made the payment using a Citibank cheque paid on 12th July'08 . Barclays did not receive the cheque and charged me a late fee now the total was 4340.41 as on date (16th July 08) I paid the dues on 16th July. Since the 6th of July I have been receiving numerous calls on my mobile number which are blank. The calls come at odd hours free ranging from 1:30 in the night to the entire day and night. They make atleast 10 calls at least a day and those calls are entirely blank some of them have a recorded machine which says something indecipherable for the human ear. I tried calling my service provider to bar their incoming calls or atleast trace them but to no avail. They had no such facility. When I try calling back at the number the recording plays saying that the tata indicom number is no longer in service. Please help me file a formal complaint against them, and do guide me on the steps am required to take to take legal action against them if possible.
