Status of the credit card

I have applied for Barclays Credit Card before two months. I have got a confirmation that i have been approved for barclays credit card and an staff of Barclays credit card asked me the pending documents. I have given the documents after that they said with in a week you can get the card. But still now i have not get any card as well as any reply from your end.kindly tell me the status of my card.
