I was a customer of barclays card. I have used the card for petrol of Rs. 500.
After that I have recd a call after the due date that you have to pay Rs. 512. I have paid the said amount.
On the next month again I have recd a call from them after the due date saying you have to pay Rs. 350 amount as penalty.
In this scenario nor I have recd any bill from their end neither they are confirmed me on time. So, I have called to the customer care and register my complaint to them. But still they are not able to settle my case and keep on calling me repeatedly - through Phone or SMS.
While calling to the phone no I am no getting no response - saying no is not in use (02267695000).
I have also got a SMS on 09/08 @9.08AM saying please pay your bill before 28/07. How a customer will manage this back date.
I feel that the system of the company is not proper except to harassing their customer unnecessarily.
