My name is M.V.S.Kumar. I have received Barclays Platinum Yatra.com Credit Card on 31st July. I have called customer care every alternate day for my pin. After several repeated complaints I received the pin on 15th of September. As per the welcome KIT received along with the new card my credit limit is Rs. 63, 000/- and the cash limit is Rs. 25, 200/- (i.e., 40% of Credit limit). But when I tried to use my card for cash transactions after receiving the pin my card is being declined for the reason insufficient funds. When I complained the same to the customer care from the day I received the pin they are bluntly saying the reason that there is some technical problem with the card set-up and each and every officer to whom I have spoke is asking for 2 working days time for rectification. As on today 25.09.2008 the cash limit in the system is not rectified. I want a solution for the same.
