Deceived me by providing incorrect information

I was using the Barclays Gold Credit cart since four or five months. Few days back i received a call from their executive explaining thier new priority scheme. I asked them what are the charges i have to pay to avail this plan. They replied that only i have to pay if i go to avail the benefits offered on this card. I believed them, and agreed to apply for that.

It is almost a month and i have recieved no correspondence from them and they even deducted Rs.6000 from my account.

When i try to call the customer care, i always get the computer singing "All our executives are busy, please wait". I hold the call for than half hour still no one replied. I tried calling last three consecutive days but same thing is happening everyday. The worse part is i don't even know if they are going to deduct this amount every month from my account.

I have no idea what i should do now. Shall i go to a consumer court.
