I live in Tilak nagar Delhi-- 110018 (wz 14/3c gali number 22, 23 Sant garh), the problem of stray dogs is so rampant here that passing through the streets have became a menance the dogs move in a group of 4-5 dogs in areas like streets and outside and they bark and to attack at the people moving on the road...

When we say the hounoure of the dog that he close it on your house but they have ignore it.

so kindly advise what we can doing.
