Courier company not returning our goods which cost more than a lac

Dear Sir,

We are basically garment design house which works with all retail stores like Shoppers stop, Lifestyle, West side and etc.

We send goods to Delhi, Bangalore and kolkatta by transporter. We was working with Alf Private Limited for shoppers stop delivery and last in may and july they didnt delivered our goods which we gave them and now after following up with them they dont reply for returning the goods back. Pl s help us in this.
