We have applied for transfer of following MIS/RD books from Khairatabad Post office in Hyderabad to Krishna Nagar Post office in Delhi on 23.06.09.

As per instructions from post office we went to Krishna Nagar post office after one month for transfer of books. Till today i.e, 03.11.09 our books were not received from Krishna Nagar post office. Between 4months I have visted several times to krishna Nagar Post office. As per Krishna Nagar post office books were received but they require confirmation from Khairatabad Post office.
Till today Khairatabad post office not sent the confirmation to Krishna Nagar Post office.
We are severly suffering from non transfer of books. Further we does want to maintain any accounts in Post office any where in India.
We would request you to kindly help us to solve the problem which we are facing.
