Purchased foot wear get torn

Dear Sir,

I purchased a ladies foot wear (a ladies sandal) from the RNT mark showroom opposite Central mall, Indore on 24 Aug. the purchased ladies foot wear that got damaged is of leather because of climatic conditions we take out it in use after rainy season in the month of October middle. It get completely out the upper coating of foot wear. And the leather is also get removed making the spots of removed leather.

Code written on foot wear is : 197CD 1156 671-5955 (Rs 399)
