Unable to open rediffmail

Good afternoon sir, i am unable to open my rediff mail, my login id is [email protected]. i have been trying in all ways but i cant login into my rediffmail. iam a student. regarding my studies all things are in my mail. can u please help me and send my password to my alternate email
