Sub: Violation of the Bylaws – New construction of house at Site No. 82, 16th ‘C’ Main, Koramangala 4th Block, Bangalore- 34, Ward No. 68.

In reference to the above, there is new construction been done in above mentioned site address, which is been done in violation of the BBMP bylaws. There are not leaving the required setback as mentioned in the bylaws.

Therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and ensure that the construction is done as per the laid bylaws.
