We purchased four Polar Win-Air fans few months ago from a dealer atDumDum, Kolkata
Their performance was very ordinary - however two of them was making huge creeking noise and were very slow.
I made an official complaint no 1339 Dt 26/5/09
No one turned up till date - 3 weeks after complaint - despite several calls by me and the dealer.
I talked to one Mr Majumdar (98319-38938) at service center several times - but to no effect
It looks that their service centers are just as bad their products
