This for yours kind information regarding Users facing problem in e-ticket booking.
When I choose option of compulsory lower berth then I paid money from my account. Amount is deducted from my account but couldn’t reserved ticket.
As per customer care it will take 3 working days money to return back.
After three days I won’t get any seat to reserve on same train & money is blocked for three days.
If you could make that First e-ticket will check the availability of lower berth option & then go to payment mode, then we won’t face any problem.
